PERRACHON, ANDRE BENOIT(1827 – 1909). Andre Perrachon was born at Lyon in 1827. He studied at the Lyon Academy of Fine Art under the tutelage of the renowned rose specialist Chabal-Dussurgey. From 1847 he studied in Paris under the painter Lepage.
