Is this in the Town of Sluis ( because of the tower at the backgound?
I have copy of the painting entitled "Marchande de Fleurs A Middlebourg, " The Flower Market of Middlebourg, Belgium,Image size 17X30.25, Frame size 28.5X42". Image is mounter on acis free paper/foam core and is in very good condition! What is best way to determine possible value of this painting copy?
I have a slightly different picture of the flowermarket. It is signed H.Houben on the left side of the picture. There is no horse & carriage instead ther is a doorway with a man and women. Also a woman & young girl and purchasing flowers. The background is similar but the tower is shaped differently. I believe the picture was a wedding gift to may mother in 1917. Not sure it is an actual painting as it is under glass. Would have any info regarding this?
